If you allow anyone to use the account, including children. You will be responsible for all actions these individuals take in and/or through your account. These terms and conditions are a legal contract (“terms of use ”) between you and w plus Chai Community private limited having its registered office at 3/1084/GH. Pulassery PO, Pattambi Road, Koppam, Palakkad district, Kerala, pin 679307. You agree and acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms of use or do not interest in these terms of use. You may not use the Chai Community service and or immediately terminate the services and or uninstall the Chai Community application.


“We ”, “Us ”, “Our ” means Chai Community private limited. “You ”, “Yours ”, “Yourself”, “User ” means any prospective user or registered user of the Chai Community. Including but not limited to customers and commercial partners. “Chai Community application ” means mobile application, hosted by Chai Community for providing service to the users and commercial partners

"Chai Community platform ” means any platform owned/subscribed/used by Chai Community including but not limited to the Chai Community website, the Chai Community application, other mobile applications, devices, URLs/links, notifications, chatbots, Chai Community ’ s social media channels or any other communication medium or mechanism used by Chai Community to provide services to the users “Chai Community website ” means https:// www.chaicommunity.in or any other website hosted or registered by Chai Community. “Chai Community services ” means, including all services offered / to be offered by Chai Community directly or through its associated shops. “Associated shops ” means any shops that are associated with Chai Community, offering rewards on Chai Community application


By registering with the chai Community and accessing the services, you are 18 years of age or older, and you are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you are a minor i.e., under the age of 18 years, you may use the platform or access content on the platform only under the supervision and prior consent/ permission of a parent or legal guardian. As a minor, if you wish to transact on the platform, such transactions on the platform may be made by your legal guardian or parent.

Your account and registration obligations.

If you use the platform, you may only possess one account for one mobile number. Your use of the application shall not violate any applicable law or regulation. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your display name and password and you shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your display name. you agree that you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not correct, or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not correct or incomplete

Your mobile number is treated as your primary identifier of the platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that your mobile phone number is up to date on the platform at all times. You agree to notify us promptly. If your mobile number changes by updating the same on the platform through a one-time password verification (OTP).


We view the protection of Your privacy as a very important principle. We understand clearly that You and Your Personal Information is one of Our most important assets. We store and process Your Information including any sensitive financial information collected (as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000), if any, on computers that may be protected by physical as well as reasonable technological security measures and procedures by Information Technology Act 2000 and Rules thereunder. This disclosure may be required for us to provide you access to our Services, to comply with our legal obligations, to enforce our User Agreement, to facilitate our marketing and advertising activities, or to prevent, detect, mitigate, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities related to our Services. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their marketing and advertising purposes without your explicit consent

We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes. We and our affiliates will share/sell some or all of your personal information with another business entity should we (or our assets) plan to merge with, or be acquired by that business entity, or re-organization, amalgamation, restructuring of business. To access chai community services, you may be required to provide information about yourself (such as mobile number, OTP, photo, name, location, and email id). As a part of registration, you agree that any registration information you give to us will always be true, correct, complete, and up to date. Information given to the chai community will not be used for any unauthorized and unlawful purpose.

You agree that the chai community shall not be liable or responsible for the activities or consequences of use or misuse of any information that occurs under your account in cases including where you have failed to update your required mobile number and or email address on the website/application.


By registering with the chai community and accessing the chai community services you are presenting the following.

· You are 18 years of age or older.

· If you are a minor (i.e., You are under the age of 18 years) you may use the platform or services only with the involvement of your parent or guardian.

· You can access to chai community by downloading the application from the website or directly through the app store/ play store.

· You can membership in Chai Community by registering your mobile number once. You will get an OTP to the registered mobile number to ensure security and safety.

· Upload your photo as a display picture for your identity, it is optional. Then provide your required information such as your name, location (city), and email id.

· After completing these steps, you should agree with the terms and conditions to create your Chai Community account.


It is a feature that helps the customers to find the restaurant and cafes, those associated with us. Now we mainly focus on the food related shops to connect. We prepared a list of food related shops in this feature, that helps you to search the restaurants near you. The associated shops should provide quality products and services and you would a get reward for any of your purchases through Chai Community in the form of cashback or any other offers. Every shop should provide the Chai Community QR and you can scan the QR for the payment. If you want to pay the bills as cash/ any other UPI payment method, the application will ask your payment method, so you can the option as per your interest. When the shop owner gives you the approval then you can pay as liquid money.

The dine service also provides the route map of the restaurant that are listed and the contact details of the shops. You can call them for any inquiries. So, the customers can make booking a table at restaurants, offering table reservations via the Chai Community platform. The customers can give valuable feedback on our service through this feature.

The club is an upcoming membership-based program. Uses have been buying goods and services through the club membership. Now Chai Community associated only with cafes and restaurants. But we are planning to lie up with other shops. Then the users can pay their bills in Chai Community associated shops using the Chai Community application. Then the Chai Community creates a group of premium customers.


· Chai Community wallet is placed in the explore option.

· Chai community is an authorized payment and settlement system under the payment and settlement act 2007.

· Chai Community wallet can be loaded through online payment methods such as domestic credit/debit and net banking. However, you will not be able to use prepaid cards, Emi, cards issued outside India, or a combination of cards to add a load amount to your wallet.

· You agree and acknowledge that Chai Community is only a facilitator and is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transactions relating to purchasing of goods and services using Chai Community wallet.

· For any queries on the wallet maintenance, you can reach out to us on the help section of your Chai Community application/website.

· There is no expiry date for your Chai Community wallet.

· Chai Community wallet is a secure. Digital / mobile wallet that you can use for multipurpose. It is like digital cash that you utilize for a kind of consumer payment. You can add money to the Chai Community wallet through UPI, internet banking, or credit/debit cards. Also, you can send money from a Chai Community wallet to a bank account.

· Chai Community wallet helps in cashless and digital payments. It is safer as you do not pay through the bank directly.

· Payments are quick and convenient for the users.

· You get various cashback offers, scratch cards, rewards, and discounts on making payments.

· Get an easy refund from the application in case of cancellation or return of orders or any other issue at the partner stores. If the payment has been made using Chai Community with 1-5 banking days.

· You can avail of the Chai Community history in the transaction history list tracking your expense.

· Chai Community wallet is accepted at all QR code payment gateways.

· The password feature of the chai Community application makes it safer, as the money in your wallet remains safe if the mobile is misplaced or lost.

· Once your account is registered and verified through One Time Password (OTP) you can add money to your wallet, through credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking.

Payment and QR.

By proceeding to use of Chai Community payment and QR, you (“ user ”, “ you ”, “ your ”) signify your consent to be bound by these terms and conditions in addition to the general Chai Community terms and conditions. When you transact using the Chai Community Application (with any payment options) for the bill payment Services through the Chai Community Application, these Bill Pay T & Cs will apply to you in addition to the T&Cs of the respective Merchants.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without any prior written notice to You. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms and conditions periodically for updates/changes. Your continued use of the Chai Community application following the posting of changes will mean that You accept and agree to the revisions including additional Terms or removal of portions of these Terms, modifications, etc.


· For electronic payments, refunds shall be made through a payment facility using NEFT.

· You can pay the bills through the wallet of the Chai Community. Every store associated with Chai Community should contain the QR. You can scan the QR at the time of bill payment. If any error occurs while scanning QR you can use the spot code available in the QR. Another way of paying bills is by cash or any other UPI payment method. If your wallet is empty or any other reason, then you can pay by cash or any other UPI payment application. If Chai Community application sends a notification bar, then you have to choose the cash/UPI payment option only you need. This approval of the merchant at that time.

· You understand that the amount to be paid; is an agreement between you and the merchant and Chai Community has no obligation to verify the correctness. You agree to keep your account information up to date and comply with the terms and conditions at all times otherwise Chai Community has the right to suspend the account or deny any securities.

· You agree that for providing the payment services the users ’ identifiers date, location, any other personal information would be required to be shared with the merchant/ biller for tax/GST purposes.

· You agree and authorize Chai Community to communicate with the merchant, third party service providers, aggregations with your account information for processing the information.

· Your responsibility is to verify from the transaction history and/or the notification about the success or failure of the transaction.

· You agree that all risks arising from online/ offline transactions will be borne by you.


Reward that is endless earning. Earn scratch cards and other rewards as you use the Chai Community application through our Chai Community payment methods worth up to 100%. Discount allowed you don ’t need to hunt for coupon codes. It just scans and wins the rewards. If you win your rewards go straight into your digital wallet these terms and conditions regulate the use of Chai Community issued gift cards, a semi closed payment instrument (hereafter referred to as Chai Community gift cards offered by w plus Chai Community private ltd). A company incorporated with us.

Chai Community reserves the right to provide rewards to its users for cashback rewards, all of Chai Community terms and conditions applicable to cashback awarding and usage will continue to apply. Chai Community reserves the right to pull back rewards from a user ’ s account in case of suspicious or fraudulent activities as detected by Chai Community from time to time without any notice/information. Scratch cards standing unclaimed will be forfeited post 1 year of granting of the scratch card to the user.

The reward is guaranteed whatever. If you win a reward, the reward amount shall be credited to your Chai Community wallet. Customer ’ s participation in any offer constitutes then understanding and agreement to the complete terms and conditions associated with each other.


· Add money to your digital wallet on the Chai Community application using your UPI, credit card/ debit card, and net banking.

· Add beneficiary details such as account holder ’ s name, account number, IFSC code, and click continue.

· Withdrawal/ refund of the money have been done within 1-5 banking days.

· You have a choice to change your bank details. You want to change the bank details, you have to get an acceptance from Chai Community for further payment and return to the specified account

· The amount refunded will reflect in the bank account as soon. Chai Community payment offers secure, transparent, and risk-free banking at your fingerprints with instant account opening by downloading and registering the application.


To access Chai Community services, you may be required to provide information about yourself (such as mobile number, OTP, photo, name, location, and email id). As a part of registration, you agree that any registration information you give to us will always be true, correct, complete, and up to date. Information given to Chai Community will not be used for any unauthorized and unlawful purpose.

You agree that Chai Community shall not be liable or responsible for the activities or consequences of use or misuse of any information that occurs under your account in cases including where you have failed to update your required mobile number and or email address on the website/application. The users have the option to add their favorite shops to their wish list. Then you can easily identify your shops as per your interest


· Limitations on the Use of the chai community. We or Payment Participants may establish general practices and limits concerning the use of the chai community. We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of Chai Community at any time, including hours of operation or availability of chai community Services or any chai community Pay Service feature, we also reserve the right to automatically block any communication received by a User from a non-Google Pay account, including any payment requests, that we deem to be spam or a fraudulent communication.

We do not warrant that the functions contained in the chai community will be uninterrupted or error free, and we shall not be responsible for any Service interruptions (including, but not limited to, power outages, system failures, or other interruptions that may affect the receipt, processing, acceptance, completion, or settlement of Payment Transactions).

· Transaction unlimited. Each Transaction is subject to limitless Transactions that are possible with the chai community.

· Transaction Records. Records of your transactions will be reflected in your transaction history list and Transaction history in your chai community application.

You acknowledge that the chai community may receive transaction information, including transaction location information, from your payment method’ s issuer to display richly formatted transaction details and your recent transaction history in the chai community application.


It is timely information from your application users can tap the notification to open your application or take an action directly from the notifications. The application gives you notifications about the rewards you get on time. Application and expense related updates will show on the top of the icon. It is a message, sent by an application to a customer ’ s mobile device. We will send push notifications to customers who have installed our Chai Community application and opted in to receive messages

Photo sharing.

Chai Community provides a public photo sharing feature in the application. According to that user can share their personal food experience by uploading photos. If you want to upload the photo you have to send us when we approve that photo, it will be uploaded on the application and website


Chai Community needs the information of your location/ city. It provides the GPRS to access the map. You have an option to change location according to your convenience.
