To access Chai Community services, you may be required to provide information about yourself (such as mobile number, OTP, photo, name, location, and email id). As a part of registration, you agree that any registration information you give to us will always be true, correct, complete, and up to date. Information given to Chai Community will not be used for any unauthorized and unlawful purpose.
You agree that Chai Community shall not be liable or responsible for the activities or consequences of use or misuse of any information that occurs under your account in cases including where you have failed to update your required mobile number and or email address on the website/application. The users have the option to add their favorite shops to their wish list. Then you can easily identify your favorite shops as per your interest.
If you use the platform, you may only possess one account for one mobile number. Your use of the application shall not violate any applicable law or regulation. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your display name and password and you shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your display name. you agree that you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not correct, or incomplete or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not correct or incomplete.
Your mobile number is treated as your primary identifier of the platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that your mobile phone number is up to date on the platform at all times. You agree to notify us promptly. If your mobile number changes by updating the same on the platform through a one-time password verification (OTP).
You have an option to delete your account by uninstalling the application. If your money is remaining in the wallet, it will be there when you reinstall the Chai Community application with the same mobile number. Every installing process needs a One Time Password (OTP) verification in your verified mobile number.
