W PLUS is a registered partnership firm located at (3/1084GH Pulassery PO, Pattambi road-Koppam. 679307), Palakkad, Kerala. Its partners are Muhammed Nihal (Founder & Managing Partner), Muhammed Niyas and Shahana respectively.

W Plus developed an overt consumer’s society named ‘CHAI COMMUNITY’. It is a Mobile Application developed by CODIGNUS.PVT.LTD. This application used for wallet payment. We call Chai Community users as CHAI COMMUNITY-MEMBERS. We can offer a solid cash back (Between 1% to 15% depends on product) for every community member on their each and every purchase. Every community member will be a privilege customer in the reputed shops they are purchasing with. Chai Community will spread across Kerala shortly. We are uniting the consumers to get the maximum benefits for them and the same way, for respected vendors they will get maximum customers by associating with W Plus. Using the Chai Community application is absolutely free for 60 days as trail time for the customers and vendors.


Refund Policy.

We are offering 60 days trial period for experiencing Chai Community. After the trial period Chai community charges a subscription fee from every user of Chai Community app. The user can choose any one of the plans of the subscription fee. The amount charged as subscription cannot refunded and it cannot cancelled. Users have to recharge their purchase wallet for make purchase. This Purchase wallet recharge amount is not refundable, customers can use Purchase wallet for purchasing the products or services from the Chai Community associated stores.

A community member can recharge their purchase wallet any time without any restrictions. If a community member faces any trouble on purchase, they can easily contact our executive by call or mail mentioned on contact us. When the bonus wallet amount exceeds 5000 points, the member can apply for pay out/withdrawal. The process of pay out/withdrawal may take 7 to 10 working days to credit the amount to the customer’s bank account after deducting 5% TDS or the member can convert bonus wallet amount to purchase wallet amount. As mentioned above once a member converted an amount to purchase wallet, that amount can’t be refunded or cancelled, it only usable for purchase. Member can cancel the withdraw/pay out request by calling to respective number mentioned on contact us before getting approval for the request. Once the approval is done from the back office, there is no chance to cancel the withdrawal request.

We collect various data points about you such as Personal Data. Personal Data does not mean information that is not publicly accessible or available.   • 2. Your details including transaction history, balances, payment details, for effecting transfer of monies through various chai community associated outlets.
  • 3. Images of documents/ photos required to avail any of our products/services.
  • 4. voice recordings of our conversations with our customer care agent with you to address your queries/grievances
  • 5. specimen signature (security pin) for processing of your instructions received by us through our various payments.
  • 6. opinions provided by you to us by way of feedback or responses to surveys.
  • 7. information obtained from your mobile device by way of using our app like device location, communication information including contacts, device information such as storage, transactional and promotional SMS/app notifications.
  • Any Personal Data that we have access to shall never be shared without your consent. In our business and operational processes, we only share the data on a partial and “need-to-know” basis to designated personnel or partners or service providers. We will share your data with competent/ legal/statutory/regulatory agencies / authorities or partners/service providers acting on our behalf (as the case may be) in following cases:
  • 1. only for enabling the provision of the products/services availed by you, strictly on a “need to know” basis and subject to applicable laws.
  • 2. it is directed or required by legal/regulatory / statutory / governmental authorities under applicable laws/regulations though a legally obligated request.
  • 3. it is required by financial institutions to verify, mitigate or prevent fraud or to manage risk or recover funds in accordance with applicable laws/regulations.

  • External Using: We may provide your personal information to the authorities for the purpose of filing such as GST, TDS, IT. You can delete your chai community application at any point of time, with this we will no longer provide your data for external processing as mentioned above.

  • 2. We may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered.
  • 3. No Personal Data will be collected via cookies and other tracking technology; however, if you previously provided Personal Data, cookies may be tied to such information.

We have provided multiple levels of security to safeguard your app by Login/Logout option and AppLock feature that can be enabled by you. We also ensure the device binding so that the same login cannot be used on different device without any additional authentication/OTP. Please do not share your Chai Community login, password and OTP details with anybody.
